We recently acted on behalf of an employee who was dismissed for using a company vehicle for private purposes. He won his case in the Employment Tribunal and was awarded damages and reinstated.
  • Employment Contracts/Service Agreements. We have experience of drafting employment and consultancy contracts for small and large businesses.
  • Redundancy. We can advise employers on how to follow the correct procedures and employees who are facing redundancy. We can assist employees to negotiate a redundancy package that adequately reflects the time that they spent in employment and their entitlements.
  • TUPE. In the context of business sales, we can advise on ‘TUPE’ or Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006  (TUPE).
  • Settlement Agreements. We advise both employers and employees in relation to agreed departures of staff.
